The people who decide where the boat goes

Marisol grew up running her father's shrimp boat out of Destin and bought her first charter vessel at 26. She founded Tideborne in 2009 with one boat and a legal pad full of bookings. She still runs the swordfish trips personally.

DeShawn spent eight seasons running long-range boats in the Keys before moving north. He reads temperature breaks better than anyone on the dock and has a near-religious devotion to a properly tuned spread.

"Find the edge, find the bait, find the fish. In that order, every time."

Annie is a two-time regional redfish champion and a patient, exacting fly instructor. She has put more first-time fly anglers on their first redfish than anyone in the county.

"You do not need a hundred foot cast. You need the right forty."

Former middle school science teacher turned captain. Tomás runs our sunset family trips and treats every kid onboard like a junior marine biologist.

"The first fish a kid catches is the one they talk about for thirty years."

Riley rigs every bait on the flagship, runs the cleaning table, and keeps the dock schedule honest. Guests remember Riley's fish tacos recipe card as much as the fishing.
