Accessibility & preferences

Everybody deserves the same shot at finding a home on the Harris Chain. Here's what we do to make that true on this site — and how to tell us when we've missed.

The standard we build to

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA across every page — search, listing detail, agent profiles and every form in between. Accessibility is checked with each release, including screen reader passes on the search results, property pages and inquiry forms.

What that looks like in practice

  • · A "Skip to main content" link as the first stop for keyboard and screen reader users.
  • · Full keyboard operation — every filter, map control, form and menu reachable without a mouse.
  • · Visible focus outlines that never get styled away.
  • · Descriptive alt text on listing photos, agent headshots and the brand mark.
  • · Color contrast that meets AA, with status never signalled by color alone.
  • · Labels tied to every form field, plus errors announced to assistive technology.
  • · Tap targets sized for phones and shaky hands, and layouts that reflow at 200% zoom.
  • · Motion kept minimal and honored against your "reduce motion" system setting.
  • · Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can jump around the page.

Cookies, and how a Realtor follows up

Essential cookies keep sign-in, security and form submission working. Optional ones remember your search filters and saved homes, and — only if you allow it — let your Central Lakes Realty agent see the homes you've been looking at so they can call or text you with matching listings and straight answers.

Consenting to phone or text follow-up is always optional and never required to browse, search or contact us. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you can withdraw consent here at any time.

Run into a barrier?

Call the office at (352) 508-7379 or email nenesmyrealtor@gmail.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll get you the listing details in whatever format works — read over the phone, emailed as plain text, or walked through in person — and we'll fix the page itself.

We aim to respond within one business day. Equal Housing Opportunity.
